Shawn came exactly 2 hours after my call for help, and on a Saturday! Within 10 minutes he had installed my printer. A faulty cable the next day (Sunday) disabled the printer. Over the phone (Shawn answered my call immediately) he diagnosed the problem, and soon everything was working perfectly. I have the highest praise for him!!

Shawn contacted me within minutes of my call for service. At my request he followed up the following day exactly as scheduled. After troubleshooting my computer and software he fixed several problems in 1 hr. No time wasted fixing each issue. The most professional, knowledgable tech I've had work on one of my several computers. Would recommend highly to anyone seeking an honest tech.
